I have been seeing Dr. Katz for at least 7 years and he still has no clue who I am and never remembers anything about my situation, even when I just spoke to him recently. He is NEVER available and is no longer in CT so he only does telemed appointments and if you need something, even if it's an emergency, his receptionist who rarely actually answers, sends him an email and then you just have to wait for him to call, if he calls at all. SURPRISE BILL, STAY FAR AWAY, RUN AWAY. Disclosure: I own a medical practice. I usually would not leave negative review, felt it very necessary in this instant. Katz LLC is just a billing center where they over bill at around $800 per hour and charge for appointments that never happen (4 instead of 2 combined 1hour). They tell you that they accept your insurance but not that you need a referral for each televisit. Then they will not negotiate the bill and even laugh at you on the phone when you ask.
