Very unprofessional
Dr. Katz is the only Psychiatrist I've ever seen, and I've had no reason to look elsewhere. He confirmed earlier diagnoses from my psychologist and investigated the course of treatment as had been prescribed by my general physician. We have made a few changes to my Rx routine over the past few years and I find him easy to talk to and helpful with explanations and empathy. He does not use email or text messaging. I have been seeing Dr Katz for 3 years now. He has no other staff. It's just him. He is very kind and is comfortable to talk to. I have had therapy and a psychiatrist to aid me in my insomnia for decades. By far, he is one of the best. If he has room for you, I would use him. Great experience.
The doctor never confirmed two appointments and have refused to see me twice for arriving a few minutes late.
I was a patient of Dr. Katz for many many years and I felt like he really cared about me. I have been suffering from severe major depressive disorder as well as anxiety, CPTSD, and severe anxiety . I am sure it couldn't have been easy to deal with a patient like myself but he always made me feel as if i was never a bother and I had to call often. He always listened to everything I said and was very professional and kind. I would highly recommended him to my family and friends.
