Ok let me start out by saying we never went to Mr Sparks or Lester Katz. We only went to Ryan Katz (Lester's son). We went to him for 8 years and really liked him. We used to drive an hour or so to get to him (dedication with 2 small kids!) Last year in 2017 the timing just didn't work out and we unfortunately couldn't make it out to Thousand Oaks and had to use someone locally. We had always intended on returning to Ryan.
