So far, I have been dealing with Dr. Katz for about 5 months now as my PCP at Folsom. I find the first reviewer to be accurate and spot on. She is apathetic and condecending. After her 20 plus years with Kaiser, she's vested in her 50% of final pay retirement. All she's doing now is padding her retirement. Basically, she's retired in place. So, take it for what it's worth. I'm 72 and been around Kaiser for years. I don't recommend Dr. Katz or Kaiser Folsom. Kaiser Roseville seems to be much more patient oriented.

Dr Katz listen to me and referred me to the specialists that I needed to address my issue. Whenever I have a question, she answers my emails in a timely manner, even at times after hours. She isn’t touchy freely but she is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and efficient.

Apathetic and condescending. When you're trying to get some answers after tests such as MRIs, CT Scans, multiple blood panels physical strength tests and so many others, those attitudes are the last thing you want to deal with. Not demanding answers, just some understanding and an attempt at figuring out what is wrong without belittling the patient.
