I am extremely unhappy with the staff there. They are always overbooked, takes about 3 weeks to get an appt. I had very time sensitive material that just needed to be filled out by a Dr. I had to wait a week for an appt, which I did not need- I really only needed to speak to him on the phone briefly. I had to get bloodwork and then wait another 2 weeks for an appt which was scheduled wrong by his staff. They scheduled my EEG 2 days AFTER my appt with him. He asked me why I was there. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Was this neurologist friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. Some of the staff is more often rude and seem to care more about themselves. The receptionist comes to the exam room with you and asks health questions and takes blood pressure so they seem too cheap to pay for a qualified medical person to do these things. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
