i am, sadly, one of those people who is absolutely terrified of going to see a doctor. i've had terrible experiences in the past. dr. katz made me feel immediately at ease, interjected positive comments as i was telling him why i was there that immediately made my heart rate go down. wonderful, wonderful man. he is what i wish every physician would be.
