I’ve been going to Katy’s Face for the past 3.5 years, and every visit is consistently excellent. Katy and Amy are always kind, friendly, and extremely professional — they truly care about their clients. They also go above and beyond with thoughtful extras. On my last visit, I received a complimentary AromaEye Firm mask and a lavender paraffin hand massage and mask, which was such a nice touch! The space is always clean and welcoming, and I fully trust them with my skincare. Highly recommend!

I just had my first facial with Katy yesterday. She fit me in last minute and was so accommodating and kind the entire visit. The massage was so relaxing, I may have even fallen asleep! My skin was troubled, breaking out, and dehydrated when I came in and was absolutely glowing by the time I left. Will definitely be going back! Katy is a nice lady but the solution during my facial got in my eye and now im in the ER paying a big copayment to get it fixed. Pretty upset and not happy at all. Overall she was a good person and her place was nice, but the lack of care is costing me on top of what I paid for an average facial at best. Results weren't too impressive.

I had a great experience at Katysface Beauty Spa. She took good care of my face with the best face massage I ever had. She showed me how to breather in and out and took in her natural Zen like hand massage on my face. She gave me the best vitamin C facial mask with heat. I was very tired and stressed and she relaxed me with her massage that touch the core of my stressed spirit. She gave me a Zen facial experience. I had 2 facials so far from Katy. A hole in the wall-no frill/glam place, a hidden gem. She knew so much about my skin that I myself didnt know lol. Anyways, i am beyond happy- she used 3 differnt kind of masks in 3 parts of my face according to oil level and I clearly see an improvement and in brightness. I will be coming back for sure! And she is so kind and accommodating, so that helps too.
