I just got the seafood basket with scallops. These were the most disgusting scallops I have ever had. They were so rubbery, I could hardly chew them. I wasn't able to finish my food. All this for almost $20. I am VERY disappointed with Katy's.
Overpriced, overcooked, undersized and taste was average
Best wings and service in Wilmington! My children loved having breakfast there too. They said it was delicious.
