I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Katya was friendly and pleasant, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the haircut I received was deeply disappointing—one of the worst I’ve had in over 50 years. Katya is amazing!!! I’m so picky with hair stylists as I have literally had one lady touch my hair for the last 15 years. I just moved to Austin Texas from New York and I was recommended this hair studio. Let me just say, my highlights came out BETTER than I expected! My hair feels healthy voluminous and silky . Her hair cutting technique is amazing and she uses top quality products. I have never gotten my hair highlighted and felt that it was healthier than before the highlights! She is chefs kiss !!🩷🩷🩷🩷
