Katy has been a great referral partner and as a property management company we have a number of investors that go together so trusting someone with anyone is A LOT for us to do and she never disappoints and treats everyone with a level of care that is amazing!
Katy helped us to sell our home and buy a new one in late 2018. She was so attentive and really listened to what we were looking for. Katy is our agent on both our new home purchase and the sale of our old home. She did a spectacular job in finding us a home in a wonderful neighborhood at a stellar value! Separately, she was able to list our home and get us multiple offers within a day of listing the home! She understood our needs and crafted everything to get us the best deals. No one wants to buy in the middle of a pandemic, but when when we contacted Katy to let her know our Rental was being sold and we had 2 months to find, purchase, and move into a house, she jumped to the challenge. We actually ended up buying one of the first houses she ever sent us (even at that time it wasn’t on the market, merely a future listing.)
