Friendly staff clean place an excellent optometrist very experienced and he takes his time and does a thorough examination
From the process of setting up appointments to picking up my medications from their pharmacy, Katy Trail Health has been wonderful at every step. The front desk staff, the Dr, the techs, the pharmacy: all of them were so kind and helpful. I've dealt with some nightmare situations trying to receive care in other states and I am so grateful I ended up here. 10/5 stars, they are beyond excelling at what they do and the care they provide in my opinion.
Receptionist that I talk to was rude. I had to call three different times to try to place an appointment. she needs To find a different job as she can’t simply place an Appointment.
We’ve been very happy with the vision care we’ve received here.
