The nurses and Dr. Cramer were very nice and welcoming. I have no complaints regarding the people at this facility. I do have an issue with the fact that we made an appointment for a specific blood panel. We were told after driving over an hour to get there that they didn't have that specific blood panel. They assured us this was no problem and that we could go next door to Fitzgibbon hospital for the blood draw because they have all the panels we need.
