Literally never refills medication on time. I constantly have to call and repeatedly ask for the dr to even send my meds to the pharmacy. I've had multiple instances where I haven't had my medication for days because the doctor doesn't send it in.
I was very impressed by the overall assistance provided by the Doctor and the team at Katy Supportive Medicine. Doctor Gail E Donley-Urita is a amazing doctor with a can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile. Me & wife are scheduled for another appointment in June and we are looking forward to it. Keep up the good work you guys are doing.
Unfortunately, I WOULD NOT recommend Dr. Ulta- Donley due to a very poor bedside manner. The consultation felt rushed, my problems were ignored and my concerns were dismissed without proper discussion, causing significant anxiety. I overheard her yelling at an elderly patient in the room next door. I would NEVER return to Katy Supportive Medicine in Katy or Richmond, Texas. She is slowly being shut down!!
The staff and Dr. Donnelly are truly exceptional! The team is incredibly patient and kind, consistently going above and beyond to answer all my questions thoroughly. They make sure I feel comfortable and informed during every visit. As for Dr. Donnelly, she is absolutely amazing. She genuinely listens to my concerns and always takes the time for a meaningful conversation, even when the discussion isn't solely focused on my health issues.
