Every one in the office is kind and professional.
Dr Katy Rieves is a great physician and person. She is kind and compassionate. She is also very professional, knowledgeable and supportive of her patients.
She was kind, informative explained options/ outcomes. Worked on an action plan explaining what to expect and how to process with referrals.
I am so let down, and disappointed by this ego driven md .... she only saw me four times and thought she knew what would work when what had worked since the year 2000... with paper documentation to backup my claims and needs. I am 75! years old and know my body and what it takes to survive . I was FINE! going in there for the tender lump behind my right ear... which I needed( and still do!!) checked out before my hip replacement surgery... her uncompromising ego couldn't handle me explaining my need for good sleep, that I ha... read more
