Never answer the phone one month behind now threatening me with auction email I’ve been emailing and calling for over two weeks due to my busy work schedule so upset .The facility does not like to work with customers they would prefer to auction your belongings or discuss your concerns or business throughout my personal Google review I would like to get my stuff out and simply move to another facility I do not appreciate all of the harassing emails and calls that I receive from Matt and he is never willing to work with me .

I recommend Katy Ranch storage owned and operated by Right Move Storage is an Awesomeness place to store valuables, memories, etc. If you're going to get a storage facility in Katy TX at Katy Ranch storage, speak to Matt, you can't go wrong with that. I had such a great experience setting up a storage unit here. As soon as I walked through the door Kizzy was able to answer the questions I had, and help me find a storage unit at a great rate. Thank you so much for all you do.
