Booked an after hours truck pickup, these representatives completely wasted my time, never left the keys in the lockbox and was unable to get a truck. Very unhelpful.
The assistant manager Kizzy was very professional today and the other day when I first inquired about a storage unit. She has excellent customer service in which she was able to handle a call in a very professional manner along with assisting me and another client that was at the desk waiting for service. Rented u-haul here. Matt is a true gentleman. Great spirit. Walked in a little exhausted and walked out with joy!. Best in and out experience with U-Haul ever… We need more Matt Owens in this world… God Bless Brother!
