Kizzy was fantastic and helped get my U-Haul smoothly and will be back in 2 weeks to rent another. Highly recommended to come here.
I have used Katy Ranch storage for 4 years. The facility is always very clean, well lit and feels very secure. It’s also climate controlled which is a Plus. The staff are always very pleasant no matter the difficulties I’ve had in the past. Of the crew I remember Matt most recently I will definitely refer people to this business.
This has been an amazing experience renting a UHaul. I ordered a van, but the mover told me that I needed a truck since I had a King size bed. When I went in the check-in during the morning, the lady was so nice and helpful that she upgraded me to the truck, explained in detail the cost associated with the upgrade and then help me with everything else! Shout out to Kizzy for having the most amazing customer service and being knowledgeable when helping me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
