Wendy was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the choices for selecting my first pair of frames and lenses four years ago. She spent as much time as I needed to understand exactly what I was purchasing and how to adapt to the progressive lenses. When I accidentally bent the Silhouette chassis about a year ago, they straightened them without charge.
