Dr Diaz is great Front desk staff are absolutely terrible 0 customer service 0 respect 0 care DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is the worst medical office that I have ever worked with. They don’t return calls, they provide referrals for physicians that don’t return calls, they hang up on you, and they treat dementia with medications while refusing to complete forms to assist those with dementia. Find another neurologist for yourself or loved one!
I love Dr. Patel. He is simply the best.
Dr. Patel and Sarah Powell, PA are some of the most thorough practitioners I’ve ever met with. It’s obvious that they genuinely care and have a breadth of knowledge cultivated through extensive experience. I have never felt rushed while discussing concerns, treatment and prevention with them. Their bedside manner is compassionate and care oriented. I will continue to put my trust in them for all of my needs concerning my migraine with aura. I scheduled after being referred last week for 3:45p, which the receptionist placed me on hold to confirm with the provider, and just arrived to a dark, locked office and was forwarded to an answering service stating they close at noon. Feels as if they just ditched me and my appointment to begin their weekends early on this nice cool and sunny day. The most unprofessional and disrespectful thing I've ever experienced in Healthcare. Big waste of my time, no call to reschedule or anything.
