Ashley Cruz is fantastic. She is a PA and all my concerns were heard and addressed. A thorough plan was made to cover all bases to see why I was having my issues. She was super attentive to my questions asked in the portal and also called me personally within hours of some of my scans to discuss results with me. I have not had a doctor spend over 45 minutes with me at an appointment in a long time.
Dr Diaz is great Front desk staff are absolutely terrible 0 customer service 0 respect 0 care DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is the worst medical office that I have ever worked with. They don’t return calls, they provide referrals for physicians that don’t return calls, they hang up on you, and they treat dementia with medications while refusing to complete forms to assist those with dementia. Find another neurologist for yourself or loved one!
I love Dr. Patel. He is simply the best.
Dr. Patel and Sarah Powell, PA are some of the most thorough practitioners I’ve ever met with. It’s obvious that they genuinely care and have a breadth of knowledge cultivated through extensive experience. I have never felt rushed while discussing concerns, treatment and prevention with them. Their bedside manner is compassionate and care oriented. I will continue to put my trust in them for all of my needs concerning my migraine with aura.
