I have seen dr Diaz only twice in two years that’s all I needed to see him. The doctor is good but the problem is that you can’t get the appointment until 6 months anyways today I had to make the appointment with the other doctor who is in the same office and came to know that I can’t see any other doctor but dr Diaz because I was his patient and yet I can’t have the appointment with dr Diaz until 6 months. Ashley Cruz is fantastic. She is a PA and all my concerns were heard and addressed. A thorough plan was made to cover all bases to see why I was having my issues. She was super attentive to my questions asked in the portal and also called me personally within hours of some of my scans to discuss results with me. I have not had a doctor spend over 45 minutes with me at an appointment in a long time.
Dr Diaz is great Front desk staff are absolutely terrible 0 customer service 0 respect 0 care DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is the worst medical office that I have ever worked with. They don’t return calls, they provide referrals for physicians that don’t return calls, they hang up on you, and they treat dementia with medications while refusing to complete forms to assist those with dementia. Find another neurologist for yourself or loved one!
I love Dr. Patel. He is simply the best.
