Love the team of doctors. Dr. Ramasamy is amazing. She is very thorough. I appreciate how she takes the time to explain everything. Very personable. I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a team who care about their patients. I've been coming to this practice for 12 plus years. Thank you for all you do. It is greatly respected and appreciated.
Excellent patient-doctor experience Good customer service from front office
There’s better doctors elsewhere with better bedside manners. Here there’s Poorly trained Nursing staff who are rude with poor customer service and doctors who don’t care about patient concerns
Poor customer service from front office staff, nurse assistants, and doctors. The Rude office staff that doesn’t answer the phone, the nurse assistants measure blood pressure with wrong cuff, and rush the patient. The doctors don’t listen to patients and show up late to appointments. Then they harass you about paying a bill but when they owe you they don’t pay you, they keep the money.
Rude nursing staff. Doctors show up to appointments and have attitude when they’re late while rushing the appointment.
