Katy and the CHR-Triangle Team were wonderful to work with. We hired Katy to help sell a house during a difficult time for our family, and she was sensitive to our situation and the complexity of the project. We appreciated how on top of it she was, and we sold the house above the asking price and within the timeline we set.

Katy is AMAZING! I promise there isn't any exaggeration in that statement. I met Katy during the pandemic in 2020. She helped me to purchase a vacant land , find multiple contractors, architect for property and obtaining all permits etc. Because of the challenges in building during thepeak of the Covid pandemic and other factors the building was postponed. The following year, Katy then helped me to purchase a newly constructed home for myself mom and daughter . My mom suddenly passed, again unforseen circumstances occured. K... read more
