Sale guy was nice. Unfortunately, their bricklayers drink alcohol on the job so they screwed up our brick and Castle Rock refused to fix all of it. They lied and said it was industry standard so they wouldn't have to fix it then started ghosting me. Learned my lesson the hard way.
Don’t buy the HOA is $950 and they don’t even take care of the neighborhood.
Before closing, please get your home inspected by third party inspector. It might be expensive but worth every penny. Make it mandatory not a choice.
