Abner was supposed to be the liaison for all the problems with the new house they built in castle rock Katy lakes. After we purchased he stopped returning calls, didn’t respond to texts. The only way I could get in contact with him was to find him in the neighborhood working on a different home and confront him. All the problems we had that were under warranty we had to jump through unnecessary hoops to get resolved.

I give CastleRock a solid 3 given our experience here and the issues we’ve had with our house since we bought. I give this development a 2, the HOA, Crest a 1 and the amenities none, since the Health Dept just shut down our single amenity. We moved into Katy Lakes almost three years ago because we fell in love with the design of our house.
