My husband took my car in to put in a new dvd player and security system and they cracked my dash while installing it. My husband didn’t notice when he brought my car home. I called to let them know and the man that answered was rude and hung up on me. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A CRACKED DASH!!! I don’t even trust that they would be able to fix it, so I guess I’m going to have to pay for a new dash😡
They will try to rip you off!!! BAD! As in $400 for a 30 minute installation bad! Worst place in Katy. Support local but NOT HERE!!!! Ever!

Very professional! Had problems with an after market rear view camera. Parts are no longer available, They could have insisted I buy a new system; but found only corroded wires and repaired. Camera works like new! Honest, honest, honest and very quick to diagnose and repair for reasonable cost. I'll be a loyal customer forever!
I've taken both of my trucks and my wife's car here for window tint, They did a fantastic job and quick turn around. All three were done while I waited. My current truck was done 2 years ago and still looks like it did the day the tint was applied. Today I had them replace my factory stereo, speakers and add a backup camera in my truck, the job was completed 2 hours sooner than they estimated AND they restored my foggy looking headlights. Katy Kar Audio will get all of my business. Always super friendly.

I changed the radio on my hummer h2 all the guys working in store they are very helpful work done ✅ very professional no problems after that Than I jest instead remote start on same truck and price is very reasonable not over change. As I am reading other people I THINK They LIES about this place all guys work they all friendly I have no problems to go back do more Business with them
Got tint done on my car here before which I paid 150 for the tiny job, and my car still to this day looks like I never had tint. Highly recommend NEVER GET TINT HERE!!
