I scheduled a first time appt with NP Perez. Unfortunately I was 10 minutes late, I notified the office via the app. However upon arrival I was told I could not be seen. Also, that my insurance was not verified. I uploaded my insurance card to the portal prior to arrival, as this was a requirement. I then provided the physical card to the clerk. To be fair. I give a three stars review. Rude reception staff. They have great doctors Dr. Cai was caring, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable makes great suggestions however, the front Latina reception desk and check out staff was very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to
I would recommend NP Richard’s. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Hands down a hidden gem at this practice. If you are looking for someone who is truly wanting to help you and concerned about your health, she is the one!
I can confirm the receptionists are unhelpful, curt, and rude.
