They stayed late to wait for me to get there, then even told me to go get the fuel hose I was trying to replace from my house so they could make sure they gave me exactly what I needed. Had a Polaris 4 wheeler I was working on and I found a broken brake line so I called around to every Polaris shop and nobody could help ... brought the brake line by Katy hydraulics and I was walking out with a brand new perfect custom brake line within minutes!! Brought them a bad power steering hose and they fixed it on the spot and the price was very reasonable.
Just wanna give a shout out to Katy Hydraulics, LLC for getting the truck pretty much in and out with nothing but smiles all around. Had custom A/c lines made and didn't even have to disconnect the trailer from my truck. They hopped on it and got stuff done even with having to fabricate stuff on the spot. Definetly give these guys 5 stars for customer service and dependability. A/c lines held pressure no problem and blows cold as ice.
