The planner, Katy Gee Consultants, was hired for our mutual clients, Katherine and Kyle. As a rental company, our responsibility is to provide the rentals that are ordered and confirmed by the client. Katherine and Kyle (client) provided a final guest count of 130, which is the quantity reflected on the order the day of the wedding. At no point did Katy Gee Consultants nor the Clients communicate any increase in guest count or request additional rentals past 130. For our wedding, we worked with Katy Gee for catering, and she was great! She's always ready to help with whatever you need. She and her team also brought linens, tableware, did some decor set up for us, and did the bulk of the cleanup. They were crazy fast with the cleanup, which was great, because it meant we could get to the after-party faster.
