I rate them a ZERO! The worst customer service I've ever received. From the manager to the front desk. None of them know what they are doing. They ordered 3 boxes of contact lenses for the same eye which took 1 month for it come in. They have the nerves to ask a customer to pay for remaining boxes when clearly they made a mistake when ordering. Why would ANYONE order only for 1 eye. Bunch of brainless people working there. Course on how to achieve excellent customer service should be mandatory before any staff is hired. T... read more
