Checked in at 730pm… got CT scanned 2 hours later… waited for my results for more than 2 hours… RESULTS for 2 plus hours
Oh my God as sick as I am the joy I feel from after my discharge papers just looking over the care I got tonight from the front desk to the x-ray people to register nurses to the PCT to the doctor. Everyone was so great to me I cannot thank you guys enough.
Results from ultrasound or any radiology results take forever to come. We have been waiting for the past 4 hours and they are still not in yet.
This is NOT a patient first Hospital. Too many egos especially with the people running huddles.
We brought our 18-month-old daughter to the emergency department after she had a seizure associated with a high fever. She received fever medication through EMS at around 4:30 AM on 09/16. The fever medication was not given proactively or on time. Nearly six hours later around 9:30am, when we told the staff that our daughter’s body felt hot, she was given fever medication.
