Laughably slow. Been here for 8 hours. Their just racking up the time and charges.
I went to the Memorial Hermann Katy Emergency Room about 10:00 pm recently with severe pain. It was less than 20 minutes after signing in that I was called back for an initial assessment and for my vitals to be taken. It was a bit of a wait after that as I needed a private examination room. The staff was really great with me. I want to bring a serious concern to the attention of Memorial Hermann leadership regarding the ER patient intake and triage process at the Katy location. I have noticed that a significant number of staff members working directly with patients during triage and intake are wearing their identification badges turned backward, making their names and identifying information unavailable to patients.
