Staff. Awesome.. 100% they were all amazing. Suprise amounts due and the not itemized , "itemized" bill sent... not exactly IAW law. So... now to play silly games. Made even better - got said bill right after a panicked trip back to the ER from the first surgery (what caused the suprise amount due) being a failure. Perfection.
I called to verify if they accept my insurance and I was hung up on three times. If the customer service is this bad before you get there, I can only imagine how they treat their patients. Sad example of a hospital.
If I could give it a lower rating I would. This is the worst emergency room I’ve ever been to. Absolutely did nothing for my family member who was in desperate need of help. We had to take her to another nearby hospital where we finally got help. Would not recommend coming here, make the further drive to get actual help.
Just for release papers had to wait 2:30 hours its ridiculous
My mom was brought here and the staff (nurses) are all in the hallway laughing loud and cursing. My mom’s nurse barely checked on us and when I would walk out to find her she’s scrolling on her personal phone. This is the worst ER I have ever seen, these people do NOT care about the patients.
