Based on the rating and reviews I did not want to come here initially, but didn’t have a choice because I woke up with extreme abdominal pain and could barely walk let alone drive. I thought my time here would be horrible because I’m a chronically ill person and I’m constantly in hospital for so many different reasons. To my shock, it was amazing. I gave my experience a middle rating. The doctor I spoke with Dr. David Hall was fantastic- if I was only rating him this would be 5/5. I came into the ER around 3:00. I had a salmon bone in my throat and knew it would take awhile to see anyone since I didn’t have a life threatening emergency. From 3-6 pm my husband and I waited- I was pulled twice in that time to provide my insurance and get my weight/height reason for visit. The people I spoke to were kind. My 90 father became very ill throwing up mucous. We came to the er at memorial katy. The intake nurses were rude and unhelpful. It’s going on 2 hours while my father is throwing up and weak. Worst hospital
Long waiting time
Probably because I was a trauma accident from a motorbike wreck I never experienced any of the negatives that I read here. They were great over the 2 plus days I stayed and was taken care of well. I can't say enough positive.
