I had a fantastic experience at Katy Dermatology! Dr. Z and her MA were professional and made me feel at ease. The clinic is clean, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Z for excellent care!
Had a great visit, from beginning to end everything went well and left with prescriptions that have been working.
I’ve been going here for years, my kids come here and family. The front desk girls are busy, but they’ll get you taken care of just need some patience. It’s a small practice, with great Doctors close to the mall.
Omg I do NOT recommend this place mind I haven’t even been to the office and it’s been a nightmare dealing with the very rude, incompetent, untrained and mean hearted staff. I made an appointment for my grandson two months ago I gave them his insurance information so they can verify it one of the rude staff members called me this morning to confirm the appointment and told me they need a referral from his primary physician so I asked her why is she telling me that the day before his appointment and she had no reply so I ca... read more
It is a medical assistants job description to coordinate referrals and it is not my responsibility, I am paying them, they lost a new patient. I went somewhere else.
