Their customer service is sucks ! Front staff are awful . it’s like pulling teeth just to make an appointment. I finally had to ask my doctor for a new referral to a different clinic.
Very disappointed with this place. Front staff lacks common courtesy and can be very rude. My mom got sent to the wrong location by maps app and got lost. Called me freaking out asking me to help her. She’s driving and in the phone me while I guide her and she arrives just 13 minutes late. She couldn’t call them to tell them cause I was on the phone guiding her on how to get there efficiently and she did not want to risk getting lost again. I had a great visit from start to finish! The receptionists were very kind and accommodating of myself and my baby! Dr. Z was incredibly thorough and very efficient! I appreciate their transparency.
I've been seeing Dr Uptmore for many years. The Staff always on time and very Kind. Dr Uptmore is great! He is thorough and at the same time, easy going!
Dr. Hickman is great but rest of the staff is rude. Their automated system is very inconvenient.
