My dental insurance was changed this year. Before coming for teeth cleaning, I called the office and provided new insurance information to make sure Dr.Chu is in network. I told Ms. Stephanie to give me a call. I waited for a whole day, no calling. I called the office in the evening, the lady told me after verifying, they will give me a call.
