Katy has such a warm, calm, kind presence. She is a seasoned and skilled clinician who knows how to hold space for clients who are struggling and need support. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a therapist.
Katy is a gifted therapist- she has helped me so many times dealing with anxiety and life issues. Her ability to hold space and reflect back to me deeper layers of what is going on has been invaluable. If you are looking for a really good therapist I highly recommend Katy.
