Katy H at billing is just an examplofnpoor management. They decided to “miss” inform me of a balance i had at a follow up and state that they tried contacting me twice and sent me to collections. But can only say “im sorry” for not telling me about the balance while in person and avoid this whole situ. They do not appeal or fight your insurance unless you call them. It seems they need new management in that billing department I would hate to see how many patients have been given poor care because of how poorly they run this ... read more
