This place is a nightmare. I beg you not to put your health in the care of Oak Street health. I feel while I was in the care of oak Street health that I was completely neglected and deflected. Failure to call in prescriptions in a timely fashion or sending this prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Failure for them to keep appointments excuses being short staffed.
