Went to get a TBE vaccine (tick borne encephalitis) which is endemic to Europe, for an upcoming trip. I talked to my insurance beforehand and they said it was covered at 90%. Twice I went to Kattermans to try to get it but they were incapable of doing a simple override in their computer system (that was authorized by my insurance). Love this pharmacy!! Have come here for routine vaccines as well as travel consultations/vaccines and they are always so helpful and kind (great prices too). Also love the shopping section they have a little bit of everything. So much better than pharmacy chains like CVS or Walgreens, hope it stays forever!

Came in for a yellow fever and typhoid shot, my 2026 Premera heritage premium plan covered both, and there was just a $20 fee each, in total I paid $40 and was in and out including paperwork in 30 minutes at 3pm on a Saturday. This is how every pharmacy should be, A++

Charged a 3% credit card fee and didn’t disclose it when I was paying. I only noticed when checking the receipt carefully. Also more expensive than other pharmacies.
