Dr. Katte Has been My Family Doctor for 15+ years. He is a personnel and very caring Dr. Love the fact that Typical Waiting time is minimized. He doesn't Waste your time in getting your care or if a specialist is needed He gets you treated.
Will NEVER.....EVER....go back to this doctor again! His, I'm assuming, Office Mgr. (heavy set lady) is beyond the rudest person I have ever met. Working with the public is the last thing this woman should be doing. Especially since the majority of his patients are elderly. I was sitting in the waiting room and witnessed her treating this elderly man with the utmost disrespect. He stayed very calm and never said anything to her to warrant her behavior. He is absolutely rude and talks to you like your trash! He will cut you off after you say two words because he does not want to hear anything you have to say, and the staff isn't any better! He is not there to help anyone, just collect! I have been there twice and will never go back!!
He does not want to hear anything from you, you can only answer yes or no. His office is also very unprofessional and they cannot write a prescription correctly. Now they are claiming that they cannot write a 1 year prescription for 3-month supply that my insurance requires. What a joke.

HUH? – Dr. Katte has a lot of senior citizen patients that have medicaid or simply pay for their care. WHY WOULD his office have a note AT THE WINDOW - if you do not ask for a receipt, one will NOT be given to you; therefore, you will not have proof of payment. That ran me HOTT - NOT FOR ME BUT FOR ALL THE senior citizens who simply may forget to ask or don't even think about something like.... At that point, I felt he was fraud..
