I took my sons here for years never any problem untill last week. My 12 year old just had his teeth cleaned and they dug in to his gums so bad that his mouth hurt days later. He couldnt eat, talk or even close his mouth right for 4 day after. The woman who did it was extremely rude. This went on almost the whole visit untill i could no longer take it and i got rude back. I will no longer be taking my kids here.

My step daughter used to go to a dentist in the city. After they told us she needed 2 crowns, 9 fillings and braces we decided that gas would be to expensive and started looking around for a more local dentist. We found Katsur was covered by her insurance and started going. We've stayed with them through the entire process. Very friendly and gentle, and even though my step daughter is 18 everyone just absolutely loves her and always wants to take her home. I've even signed up as a patient there.

Went in for my 2:15 appointment signed in at 1:50 sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes went to the counter to be told the dentist had a appointment and I needed to reschedule. Only to find.out some one crossed me off the list but never called me back. Wasted my day and.didn't care.

Dr. K. Alagirisamy is a great dentist! She is very profession and takes the time to explain what is going on in detail. I made a consult appointment at Katsur, found out that i need on filling, a root canal, and a wisdom tooth pulled. Less than a week later I was in the chair getting the filling and root canal from Dr. A. Her assistant Debbie is wonderful as well, very kind and caring. I have lived all over the country because we were in the army for 20 years and never had this bad of an experience anywhere.They were rude , obnoxious ,tried to give me a medicine I was allergic to and were incompetent.

I recently visited Katsur Dental for a annual checkup. I have never been here before and when I called to make the appt. they were very friendly and fit me into their very busy schedule. Upon arriving the office is very nicely put together with its decor. Staff was very friendly. One thing I did experience that I never have at any other dentists office was they were able to take a digital xray of several areas of my teeth. Mis-diagnosed, treated rudely and talked down to by these people. When I saw a reputable dentist AFTER visiting them, I did not even have the problems Katsur claimed needed treated immediately. They are scam artists! I even contacted their corporate who initially lost my corrsepondence, so I had to resend it. All they care about is the cash!
