These people should all be fired. Absolutely Brutal service. PLUS!!! I had to get a freaking root canal 1 week after seeing the staff and the main dentist for my first ever appointment with these people. Never again...place is a disgrace.
So I’m leaving a review today which I usually don’t I just want to say the front desk ladies are very nice. I’m sure they’re so tired of me calling lol they’re just as confused as I am, but hopefully we can get it all worked out with my insurance, the dentist guy I forgot his name. He was very nice as well too so overall my experience with Dentist office I give it a five star. Also, please everyone please be patient with them !
I’m writing because this place sucks at communicating and is very unorganized. I’ve experienced multiple issues with this office over the past few months and, unfortunately, no longer feel confident continuing care here. I originally scheduled a simple cleaning for both myself and my husband back in January. Last month, I was told that due to overbooking, only one of us could be seen—despite having booked far in advance.
