I just watched a company truck fly down my subdivision street. They were going at least 50mhp at 7:40 at night. Could have easily hit a child. Brookside subdivision .
Leaf blowing and street cleaning with a street sweeping truck at 2 AM outside of 300 unit apartment building windows. Guess that whole 'common sense isn't that common' thing is true. Edit: Can't reply to your response, but I appreciate the effort and once results are confirmed will happily amend my review. If it helps, please use the St. Charles city noise ordinance as a guide. It pretty clearly states by law street sweepers and loud equipment such as leaf blowers and power washers are not to be used from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

At 3:30 a.m. on Monday morning/ Sunday night, a leaf blower woke up my entire apartment complex. The fact that anyone would think it is a good idea to leaf-blow a sidewalk at that time is beyond comprehension. It is a level of incompetence not seen often and requires a lack of critical thinking not seen since the time of the Neanderthals. This company is allowing their employees to use a gas powered LEAF BLOWER around our APARTMENT BUILDING street and Metro station parking lot across the street near Forest Park FROM 3am to 4am - DISTURBING THE PEACE!! I have called the company twice and they don’t do anything about it, no return call, I warned them I would call the police.
