Street sweeping at 4:30-5 AM in violation of local ordinances and 20ft from living rooms. Astounding lack of common sense. Other reviews shows they've committed to changing this in the past, but those were apparently insincere as they are doing the same thing as I type this. See other disingenuous stuff in reviews like claiming a truck with their own website in it is another company as theirs would never do XYZ. Avoid at all costs. Today I experienced terrifying road rage directed at me from a driver of a Katsam truck. I was driving the speed limit on a 2 way neighborhood road, and this driver decided to drive so closely to me I could not see his license plate while also laying on the horn. This continued until we reached an intersection and stopped at a red light. I wasn’t even able to get his license plate number, that’s how close he was, obviously trying to scare and harass me. It is hilarious that a company specializing in "Property Maintenance" treats their own fleet like a neglected foreclosure. Driving around with tags that old is a bold marketing strategy. I guess when your entire business model is hauling trash, you eventually just start identifying as it. If their sweeping is as "up to date" as their registration, your parking lot is going to look like a landfill by summer.
