Have sent several messages through the WVU MyChart app to get refills on my prescriptions, but they just can't be bothered to do anything about it. If you want great care from a great practitioner, go somewhere else.
Very knowledgeable and helpful
Katrina dismissed my grandmas concerns about a sore on her tongue and just gave her mouthwash to use. Here we are around a year later, she sees another Dr and it turns out to be cancer. Had to have major reconstructive surgery and if it was taken care of sooner this may have not happened! Awful not to take your patients seriously, she needs sued! Not to mention they would take months to get you in for an appointment.
