I called to book an appointment as a new patient, we were told it could be 6-7 months before we could see a doctor. She then said there was a nurse there we could see in two months. I asked if she could fulfill prescriptions and she said only certain ones. I asked her about the medicine I take and if that could be given by the nurse and she said she didn’t know. Not personable at all.
I am happy to entrust my health to the professionals at WellStar Medical Group Family Medicine. Dr. Chuprasava is very attentive, humane and competent in the field of medicine. She is not quick to diagnose, give a bandaid or pill. Rather, she seeks to understand her patient’s health issues to provide effective treatment through research, methods of ruling out and desire to heal/cure. Tori, her NP is equally adept.
