Unprofessional. I was scheduled for a 9:30am appointment and I have other commitment that day. It's already past 10 am and never seen a shadow of her. On my way out, a clinic staff were surprised that up to that moment she hasn't seen me. Unprofessional, with no regards to other people's schedules. It should be zero stars.
