I visited for my aviation medical certificate as a student pilot. Everything went completely smooth. Easy to make an appointment, they followed up with text reminders a couple of times, I was early but I didn't have to wait. I plan to return for future recurring certificates. Fee seemed reasonable.
Can't say we ever met the doctor. They don't bother returning phone calls nor answering their phone. And if you do get through to someone they don't even help you. My husband if I recall made it there once but didn't get the doctor and then nothing ever got resolved for the issue he went for. And the doctor never called back or emailed back or anything.
