I scheduled an appointment 3 months ago as a new patient with Dr. Katrina Mercado for today and she canceled. I didn't receive a phone call so I went to her office and that's when I was informed she had a to cancel my appointment for personal reasons. The receptionist Karen rescheduled me for the following month, because that is her earliest opening. This is very unprofessional and I will report it.
Dr. Mercardo is a wonderful doctor that actually cares about her patients. She has always gone out of her way to make sure I get the treatment that I need. I can’t say enough good things about her, she’s simply the best!
The worst!!!!
Dr Mercado is an intelligent and caring physician. Her knowledge is up to date and her practical recommendations always make me feel like she's a real partner in my healthcare decisions. I appreciate her compassion and empathy at every visit.
