Katrina was amazing! This is the 2nd time we used her and it was a fantastic experience. First, she recommended listing our home $10,000 more than we thought we could get, but she is very connected to the Park City area and knows what the real price of things are. It was also listed higher than comparable properties. In two days we had a full price offer with no concessions!!
