Well I can say that she have a nice personality and her staff is nice as well she would take good care of you
Dr. Herndon is the Greatest!!! She has been my Dr for years and I'm so grateful for her. She always listen to me no matter what my issue may be. She is human just like the rest of us and takes her job and responsibilities with the up most concern and professionalism. I couldn't see myself visiting any other internal medicine physican than her. Thank you very much Dr. Herndon and staff.
My experience with Dr. Herndon has been great, she’s thorough , attentive and she’s compassionate. She and her assistant is great.
Every time we have to get a referral for a specialist it takes forever. Between her and her assistants they'll let you die waiting on them to set appointments and send in referrals for VERY NECESSARY APPOINTMENTS! It's ridiculous! My father needed to see a neurologist and it took over 30 days just to get the referral in and being told by her office there are 500 other patients ahead of us. So what you let a person's health deteriorate waiting on you to do your job?!!
