I ordered a tea brewer and accessories in Oct of 2021. Random items came in November and December, but not the main item that I needed to use the random items. I was giving the tea brewer as a Christmas gift. I emailed the company multiple times asking for a date of delivery. I decided to call over a week before Christmas to find out if it was coming prior to Xmas. I told the lady if it was not going to be here for Xmas to cancel the order and send return labels as I could not use what they sent without the main brewer.... read more
I bought the NoTrax rubber cutting board for my restaurant. It is the worst cutting board I currently have. The board is very difficult to clean because everything ends up sticking to its surface, especially when making sushi. The sushi rice always sticks on to the board. The customer service is almost as bad as the product. Don’t waste your time and money on this product or it’s customer service.
