We bought a freezer and refrigerator for our business what online says deliver between 3 to 5 business day , and surprise just recivied the freezer and refrigerator is about waiting to July 20 expecting shipping, insane this. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Brought product off website, on nov 29th, Was suppose to be Christmas give. Was not delivered until 29th of Dec. Product was not shipped as advertised. When asked to honor advertisement, they said it was a misprint. Shun knives has ZERO customer service -I would not buy from this vendor, or shun knives again. PS not a one but a zero

Wow. Can a company actually be this corrupt and negligent but still stay in business? Paid for 79k worth of kitchen equipment and they shipped the wrong grill but wont return. Gotcha Katom. Never again.
watch out for the re-stocking fee of 25% never buying here ever again.
Purchased and payed for international shipping to Canada on KaTom website and they cannot fulfill the order. , unknown reasons. Coby, international specialist from KaTom, asked me to make new payment by wire only and raised shipping cost. Lost 200$ on currency exchange.
On Feb 3, 2023, I ordered 12 sets of Victorinox Serrated wood handled steak knife sets for a customer. Apparently, what looked like the serrated ones were straight edge. Katom shipped 3 of the 12 sets, and when I received them, I called and asked what was going on with the order. I told the person on the phone that I needed the backordered ones checked and to cancel them if they were not serrated. She checked and assured me they were serrated. I don't like that I have to leave this review for Katom but I want to make buyers aware of a what I believe to be a bad product. I purchased an Arctic Air Commercial Refridgerated Counter-Top Prep Station ACP55 back in the end of August. Just over a year later and it has stopped cooling. Of course there is only a year warranty so I can't get it fixed or replaced. I live in a small town in the mountains and have no one to fix it here. I will now have to throw away $1000.00!!!! I do not recommend this item!
