Steven Herme was excellent! Went above and beyond to troubleshoot what our issue was! Very polite and respectful also. This is the 2nd time we have had KRI to our establishment, and both were positive experiences. Every employee has been so nice and cordial that I have talked to.
They did a great job came in a quick and timely manner where very open with what was going on the roof Jesse Donnie
Jesse and Donnie identified a hole in the rubber membrane and patched it despite accumulated snow and ice.
