I called them July 2022 to see about rubberizing a flat portion of my roof. I was told they are strictly commercial buildings and would not do my home. I called a different company April 2023 and they said they partner with KRI on residential roof repairs since KRI will do the rubberized bit. I got a hold of KRI and they sent someone out to our house to take a look and said they'd send an estimate. I called a few times and sent and email since I hadn't heard back.
