I have been taking Kato Fitness - Cris and Jonathan’s - sessions at Rushcutters Bay Park and highly recommend anyone thinking of joining! They are passionate about their work and have created a wonderful community. They really focus on the individual, so it’s very similar to having a personal trainer. Kato tiene mucho conocimiento y años de experiencia en el rubro que le entregan una metodologia de trabajo basada en biomecanica, principios de fitness y coaching para trabajar patrones de comportamiento en sus clientes. Los cuales son importantisimos para lograr resultados a sostenibles a largo plazo. Muy bueno, lo recomiendo!
