From only a month into using this gym, I have never felt so welcomed before being a newcomer! Recently moved and wanted to try something new, this gym, the coaches and the people are seriously the best! Doesn’t matter your skill set or how in shape you are, they teach you and encourage along the way. A must go to gym!

Kato Athletic is an outstanding gym with 24/7 access, plenty of equipment, and great rack space. I joined for CrossFit and appreciate the flexibility of always having a place to train.
