Had an interview scheduled for April 3 I showed up. There was pet parents who had their dog taken right away. But after that the area was cleared. The vet tech Took the dog to the exam room,while another women vacated the waiting area where I was. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME THE VETERINARIAN NEVER MADE HIMSELF KNOWN. I WAS ALONE. I WAITED CHECKED TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE CORRECT ANIMAL HOSPITAL AFTER 15 MINUTES I LEFT. SO AGGRAVATING I TRAVELVED ALL THAT WAY FOR NOTHING
After many failed attempts with other local vets, I was grateful to find Kato Animal Hospital 4 years ago. The difference in care and attention was immediate and consistent. I now travel from Collingwood to Toronto just for my dog’s annual appointments because I trust them completely with his care. They are thorough, professional, and take the time to explain things clearly without rushing the visit. Thanks kato team !
We just switched to Dr. Kato, and we couldn't be happier. The attention and care we receive from Dr. Kato and her team is outstanding. We have a troubled pup, and Dr. Kato and her team are so patient with all of our questions. We feel heard and trusted in the relationship, which is so important.
