Slum lords, who try to illegally enter premises. And Brian(husband) tries to assault renter in his (renters) front yard when he was called to make much needed heating/plumbing repairs. RUN FAST AND FAR FROM THESE CROOKS!
This company is actively working to remove negative reviews. They have had two of my reviews removed already. When they deny your application, they will send this email with no adverse action notice despite using your credit in their decision making. Beware this company taking your application fees.
My husband and I were denied rental from this company, after completing the application process and paying the application fees, we received a "donotreply" email saying that we were denied and if we anted to know why, that we would need to send a formal letter with a delf-addressed envelope to return the decision letter in. Finally removed the post giving praise. About septic hole being opened for a long time. Had to give praise because my mother lived in their property and they threatened to evict her if I hadn't changed it to a compliment. Unfortunately she died shortly after, so without fear of her being kicked out, This company is not friendly.
