Everyone has been so nice to me helping me find a new home in Battle Creek and helping me with my paperwork I really appreciate their help
I have been with them for almost 3 years and haven't had many issues. Maintenance request that are urgent are handled quickly. They even worked with me on paying rent when I got into my car accident, and was off work for 2 months.
We have been renting a property from them for almost a year. It has been a great experience and the communication has been there. I am not sure why so many reviews say lack of communication because if I have a question and I call during their open hours I get a response and an answer quickly. 10/10 would recommend
Be wary from renting from this management company. Doesn’t sound like they know how to follow federal laws. My fiance and I were informed that they would not accept my ESA animal of over 3 years due to “boxer mix is on their dangerous breed list” and since she is over a certain weight limit I would be charged their 400$ fee regardless. So yea not how that works, they will have to be shady with someone else. Glad I got to avoid the headache before signing on.
