Be wary from renting from this management company. Doesn’t sound like they know how to follow federal laws. My fiance and I were informed that they would not accept my ESA animal of over 3 years due to “boxer mix is on their dangerous breed list” and since she is over a certain weight limit I would be charged their 400$ fee regardless. So yea not how that works, they will have to be shady with someone else. Glad I got to avoid the headache before signing on.
Love the girls at the front desk! Always so sweet & helpful! Anytime I've made a maintenance request it's been figured out quickly! They are always willing to work with you when you need them to. No where in albion will you find as much house and yard you get for the price with KP.
This company is amazing, they are always so understanding and helpful in any way possible. The property manager is so nice, she knows how to get the job done and make sure that the tenants are happy. The owners and office staff always go over and beyond for present and future tenants! Katlyn property management is a great company to rent from I have been a renter for 5+ years and I have never had an issues with the office staff, owners, or maintenance!

You said to send you an empty envelope with a stamp to mail me my denial. You are a straight up liar! I told you my credit score was not 600, BEFORE I submitted my screening, again you lied to me about that too. And lastly, my income is $11k a month. ⚠️Ask yourself "Do I have to pay to look at a car I am considering ? Do I have to pay to test drive it?" They have a lousy, lazy, greedy way they do business. They skim money out of potential renters by having them pay for an application before they see the rental. I really don't care what their excuse is for this lousy practice that takes advantage of renters seeking a rental. The reality is you have to pay money just to look at a rental.
