This is my 6th year renting with Katlyn Property and I love it! Chrissy is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have. She has helped me get through with some difficulties and is a very understanding/kind person.

We’ve been renting from KPM for almost 2 and a half years now. They’re amazing people from the office workers all the way to management and maintenance. Always there for any problem we’ve had from not being able to finding a furnace filter and giving us one to accidentally cracking a toilet tank at 6 a.m., they’re prompt to helping their tenants. I have rented multiple homes from this company over the past 10+ years. The team at Katlyn Property Management are awesome. They have multiple rental options and offer reasonable rental rates and great customer service from the front office and from their maintenance staff.
Great people to rent from, we let them know our heat wasn't working and they sent someone to fix it that same night, the neighborhood we are renting in is quiet too.
